Supernodes are high performance blockchain nodes which form the backbone of the Novacash blockchain network. Accounts with 5,000,000 or more NOVA coins can operate a supernode, either from a local computer or from a cloud-hosted server. Supernodes are required to be up and running 24 hours per day, processing all transactions. Supernodes are designed to provide advanced services like acting as paying gateways for light wallets, governing storage nodes etc.
No additional supernodes can be aquired currently! The storage node and supernode infrastructures are under heavy rework to support many new planned features. Stay tuned ....
